I think the waistcoat thing had its place back then but maybe not now although I do love my avatar so.
As for Harry in a tux, surely there is a place for this in series 9. If the HS is saved then he could hold a party to celebrate. Or India or Pakistan could hold a party at their embassies to celebrate not blowing each other up.
