I love iced tea and will drink a lot of it in the summer. I make something we call "Sun Tea" which is, rather obviously, tea brewed by the sun in a glass jug. I make it with regular black pekoe tea and usually toss some mint from my garden in there as well. It comes out very smooth brewed in the sun. But once the weather goes cooler, it doesn't work as well.

Hot tea, while I like it fine, I will only drink if I need a pick-me-up in the afternoon at work. Usually Earl Grey and usually from a bag. Despise me if you dare! Tongue I used to have an infuser for loose tea but one of the kids absconded with it and ruined it. I have yet to replace it.

If you want to check your theory, and if you don't already know this, just click on their fanfic.net names and it will take you to their profiles. Most of them have their nationalities listed. I find there to be a reasonably equal mix of British-American nationalities with a couple of Aussies and Dutch mixed in for good measure, but I could be wrong.

Lord help me! The pregnant Ruth. Frankly, I just stop reading when it comes up. Thud

Now cracks a noble heart. Good-night, sweet [Spooks];
And flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.
