I just don't see the point of putting the body in a bag when you have killed the person. Hiding it in a bag and putting it in the bath, is not going to make finding the body any more difficult when it is in that person's own flat. The body would surely only be in a bag if it had been moved from somewhere else. IMO.

I am sure that the flat was searched properly at first. Even if it is in a bag, bodies get ripe rather quickly and somebody would have noticed. Trust me. All facts about homicides are not put in the papers for obvious reasons...
