YKYAFOSW you're up against a really tight deadline, it's midnight...and you absolutely can't resist the siren call of Spooks. So, you kid yourself that you'll only watch a little bit of it, then finish your work...three episodes later (well, fast forwarding to the Harry bits...), it's 2am and you finally rattle off in 15 minutes what you could have done two hours ago...

Happened to me last night. It'll happen again. There is no treatment available and no known cure.
