zzQuestion PM question
Does deleting PMs in your Inbox/Sent Items bring your Total PM Space Used back down?

RE: PM question
Oh in that case I don't think it's working for me. Because I must have deleted at least 20 PMs and it's not gone down Undecided

RE: PM question
Have you tried deleting your sent messages? Emptying that box always frees up my inbox's space a great deal.

RE: PM question
Firstly, is anyone else noticing that deleting PMs is not increasing available space?

I can't check, as my account doesn't have a limit.

RE: PM question
I just deleted 10 messages from my Sentbox, and the numbers still haven't gone down.
Ah, not to worry! I've just realised what the problem was. It's because when you delete messages from your Inbox/Sentbox they actually just go into the Trash Can, and aren't deleted as such, so they still take up PM Space.

Delete the messages from the Trash Can, and the available spaces goes up again Tongue
