| Mistakes
I think there must already be a thread like this somewhere, but darned if I could find it. First, the plots are bizarre, but it's just television and entertainment, so I'm fine with that. It's the little things. . .the details that shows get wrong that tend to aggravate me. For example, In volume 5, episode 6, Ros Meyers attaches a silencer to her pistol ( a Glock? ) by threading it INSIDE the barrel ! Sorry, but the gun is going to explode when the bullet hits those threads. Silencers thread on the OUTSIDE of the barrel; thus the necessity for having a piece wherein the barrel extends beyond the slide, such as a Beretta 92SF. | |||

One more thing: In a quiet environment like the interior of a building, the only caliber that can be effectively suppressed is the .22 Long Rifle. This is why the OSS chose to use the High Standard .22 caliber semi-auto pistol as its silenced weapon during WWII.
