RE: Series 9 DVD Release
Good for you! I think it's in competition with "The Book Depository" who are doing that now. I am NOT complaining!

But there are differences :

the Bookdepository has always offered free shipping, on a worldwide basis, without limitation in time or cities covered Smile

but the Bookdepository only sells books, not also DVDs Undecided

RE: Series 9 DVD Release
Word on the street is that the BBC and Time Warner have announced that the region 1 S9 DVD will go on sale July 12, 2011. This info comes from the Nicola Walker Forum, various Richard Armitage sites and TV Guide. While I trust the sources, I have not found an official announcement by either the BBC or Warner Home Video confirming this. I will keep looking. If anyone has more info, please jump in!

RE: Series 9 DVD Release
Some plonker in the Post Office stole my season 9 DVDs. Now I'll have to wait another three weeks to a month for the replacement to arrive, and hope that that doesn't get stolen as well. Angry

NO WAY! That sucks! You don't have to pay for the replacement do you?

I suppose you will have time to write another fanfic while you wait? Hint hint. Wink

BTW, Region 1 folks, you can pre-order S9 at BBC America. Hit the Shop and select Upcoming DVD's. It's on page 2. $40USD. Not bad.

I don't see it up at Amazon yet. Its usually cheaper there and the SF can get a cut.
