Spooks Prop sale
So is anyone of you guys going to this one? Is there such prop sale every year or does this mean they are selling off things because s10 is the last?

RE: Spooks Prop sale
Unless it's just old and not really good enough for set anymore, I'm trying to convince myself this doesn't mean they're clearing out and finishing. Computers and LCD stuff for example have changed several times in seasons and also what was state of the art in 2002 is so dated now in terms of technology and spooks needs to look cutting edge in that department.

Yeah, the coffin is hilarious! It's just stuck in the middle as if it were "tea pot".
Series S4 & S6 dead agents Spoiler: show
I wonder if it's Ros'? Wink Who else got a coffin? Danny?

I don't know what this means for Spooks specifically, but I can say that the general practice is not unusual. Costume and props shows will regularly sell off stuff they can't use anymore. Most will rent out their stuff too. It's simply a way to make money and/or recoup investment.

Now cracks a noble heart. Good-night, sweet [Spooks];
And flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.

~Wm. Shakespeare, Hamlet

RE: Spooks Prop sale
Hi Guys
I am running the Prop sale on Wednesday - and just wanted to let you know these are generic props that we are selling off to bring in some cash to channel back into the the current series..
We have VERY old (commodore) computers and some LCD screens which have been used in some of the series, but the props are really just generic - so don't get too excited if you're planning on making the trip!
That said, hope to see you there!
