I think we can be confident she's dead. Even if Lucas didn't check, I'm sure someone else did before she went to a morgue!

Yeah I'm getting swayed more and more towards Sarah, just rewatched 8.4 and when she lets off at Lucas "Something's going down you've got Hairy Pearce in the pahm of your haind...." Surprised RA kept a straight face....

Nightingale is still lurking around... and people once thought Ros was dead... still, the time factor would probably rule out a return from Hades..would there have been enough time between Lucas leaving to speak with Ros and realising that the guard was missing for someone to smuggle in a paralysing little prezzie and a make-up artist?? Rooftop scene: Beth and Dmitri sneak up and disarm Lucas, cuff him and lead him away. Lucas screams, "No Harry please, I'd rather die!" I have to say Sarah was the most irritating. I cheered when Lucas said, "You are a liar, murderer, self serving traitor, not just to your country but to humanity in general." Not only was she evil and dating the hottest tortured, troubled spy but her American accent made me cringe every time she opened her mouth, perhaps because I am a Yank and her accent sounded somewhat southern. She was pretending to be good but nothing but evil...I have more respect for those who are outright just evil and self serving, they don't sugar coat.

She's the most consistently "hateable" character - and to suffer through a whole series of her nearly ruined it for me - and I absolutely LOVE Spooks! That she almost dragged down RA with her is unforgiveable. I'm hoping the Spooks writers and casting people NEVER make that mistake again. |
