I'd say absolutely no spoilers but there might be a few behind the scenes mini-interviews (I'd guess on the food and not the series itself!) in the finals of Celebrity Masterchef on Monday BBC 1 2:15pm as the contestants make lunch for the cast and crew of Spooks.

You never know there might be something noteworthy.
