Which episode is it that opens with Ruth narrating her weekly report about all the threats, listing their names, activities and then it's like "threat level, blue" or something like that?

Its season 2, episode 5 the one with the Grid in lockdown because of the EERIE (?) excercise.

Yeah it's EERIE. But you don't need to tag exercise on the end because the acronym already includes it!
