I think if Ros does die, Lucas could be Section Chief, just because he's the only field officer left now, or they could do another Adam and bring someone else in. But either way - they need to recruit more people!

Yes, that the reason why he would be Section Chief, but honestly, he doesn't deserve it...

And yes please, 2 more people would be perfect.
