Mr TL does watch it and likes it more than he says but I want the freedom to sit there and shout, scream, get emotional, make squealing noises, wrap the duvet round me, which I can't do when he is there, because I am supossed to be a 35yr old sensible adult.

Wishing I had a SO to watch with....although drooling over the men in [spooks] may not be cool with a SO...hmmmm

I wish you all the luck tyme4t!! I like your idea of getting together Big Grin

I think I will have to watch it with my mother and I don't like the idea... Neither does she though Tongue As TL says, you have to be a grown-up when you watch it with somebody who's not a fan...

I will be watching with my hubby, but I'd much rather be able to watch it on my own. Then it doesn't matter if you grin like a Cheshire cat whenever Harry is on the screen. I get some very raised eyebrows from my other half, he's even asking right this minute what on Earth I'm writing about!! He says that everything there is to say about Spooks has already been said! Stupid man!!

Hahahaha!! I asked mine if he wanted to respond to that and he just smiled knowingly from the comfort of "his" chair.

Even though he says that he gave up when Danny died, he actually enjoys Spooks when he watches it. He just doesn't like it more than sleep. I stream it after everyone goes to bed because it is the only time quiet enough to hear the lines!

Now cracks a noble heart. Good-night, sweet [Spooks];
And flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.

My SO is a techy-numpty.....and I'll be able to watch it in private first and get all my initial "reactions" out of the way, before putting it onto a DVD so SO can watch it on the telly with me.......Cool

Very new spouse has enjoyed Series 1 episode 1, but isn't up to speed with the latest Big Grin. We're on honeymoon - poor hubbie will be abandoned for a few hours. like a few of you I'll be praying to the internet fairies for a good download, and hopefully will catch it at the crack of dawn on Tuesday fingers crossed!!

Congrats Hunted.

Bought my wine & big slab of galaxy chocolate today (earlier than planned). Hidden the chocolate at the back of the fridge so I don't get tempted to eat it before Monday.

Starting to get really excited now - anyone who doesn't know me would think it was either Christmas on Monday or I was going on holiday -rather than just waiting for the start of a TV series.
