RE: Thank You All
Hi there- thank you for your post...I hope you don't mind that I skipped the clues. I'm in the USA and it's uncertain when I'll be able to see S10. Nevertheless, I just wanted to tell you that I think Spooks is a great show- it has become my favorite! (And it did so in less than 1 yr- which is how long I've spent watching it).
Like beatrice4ruth, I thank PF, NW, and the rest of the cast and crew for all of their hard work. They've done such a great job and I have nothing but admiration and respect for them. Have a great weekend! Take care. Smile

Harry RE: Thank You All
What fantasitic messages, and what could I possibly say that hasnt already been said.
It would take me all day to thank all the cast cos face it there is far too many of them.
Each and every one were incredible, though I have to admit Harry and Ruth will always be at the number one spot together for me.

Peter Firth and Nicola Walker- Could any other actor and actress have played these parts to perfection the way these two wonderfull performers have. Could they have had their chemistry, their perfect comic timing, their abililty to keep people from all over the world on there edge of their seats for the best part of a decade, there dedication to not only one of the greatest shows and love storys to ever grace our tv screens but to their fans aswell.

Erm let me think?
NO BLOODY WAY COULD ANYONE ELSE HAVE PLAYED OUR BELOVED HARRY PEARCE AND RUTH EVERSHED.

And though these characters would have never come to life with out PF and NW, im fully aware other people deserve our gratitude aswell, the writers all the crew, all of kudos. THANKYOU.

As to the rest of my fellow forumers and spooks fans, all the POGs and NOGs (you know who you are), for all the time taken to make videos on utube, to put photos and interviews up so we can all share them and not miss out on anything. For the reviews people have made, for the PF and NW swap shops where some forumers have been kind enough to exchange more of our two fave spooks work. For the amazing fanfiction that has kept us all going whilst we have awaited a new series to air. And to one particular lady on fanfiction, who I still owe a review to.

SIMPLY THANKYOU.

PS if I had a hat I would of taken it off to Simon Russel Beale in not only this series of spooks but the last series aswell. By far
the best Home Sec In the past 10 years of Spooks, (and probably would have been the best in reality aswell), hes a fantastic character and actor , unfortuntly like all our great actors in this country he is terribly underated. Hope fully we will see NW, PF and SRB in many more things. For me though they will always be Harry, Ruth and Towers.

PACTUM SERVA.

RE: Thank You All
It has been a long wait but the best things are worth waiting for, right?! Afraid I've struggled with the 'drops', maybe I'll get a lightbulb moment after tonight's episode though when all the little clues will suddenly fit into place. Thanks for joining the forum like this, it's definitely been nice to know 'The Grid' looks outwards as well as us all looking in...!

Can't go on, must go on

RE: Thank You All
Yeah, Endinghappy,

Spoiler: show
that wasn't a happy ending.

Sorry.

Thus let me live, unheard, unknown;
Thus unlamented let me dye;
Steal from the world, and not a stone
Tell where I lye.

RE: Thank You All
Its monday morning in new zealnd and im reading from my phone all these wonderful messages. Agree with you on all points about this incredible show. Kudos you must be so proud!

I've only been a fan for a few months but have become steadily obsessed with it since i discovered the show early this year. Even did a seminar at uni with my team in the style of a spooks debriefing!

All I can say is ditto to everything said so far, an amazing set of people (including your amazing editors and people who made or the computer whiz bangs so cool) who made this show so exilarating, heart breaking and iften just plain laugh out aoud. Ill esp miss the dry one liners from Beal and Firth; and of course our lovable and often exasperating - yelling at the TV screen to make a move - Ruth and Harry.

Oh yes and thank you to spooks' incredible music/composers! (i think an audio commentary mentioned one staying up for 3 days to finsih a piece for an episode - now thats dedication!)

P.S Happyending if you know how to work a screen cap then I think you're doing alright lol

It was the wind Ruth...

RE: Thank You All
Thank you for the last ten series. Tonight it feels like an old friend has gone but thanks to technology I won't be alone and can watch the old episodes again and again!!
The series has gone out on an unquestionable high.

Thank to you all the cast and crew over the last ten series!! Good luck in the future!!

RE: Thank You All
If you're real...and even if you're not I suppose, many, many thanks to Kudos, the cast, crew and writers of spooks for the last 10 years. Absolutely amazing finale. Just perfect.

Sorry about the other night, but you were leading the shippers up the garden path a wee bit...

RE: Thank You All
Thank you.... Please accept my appreciation to all involved with the show and with this forum. I don't consider myself a great fan of TV -- and yet I've been hooked by Spooks.

The last episode was impossibly good, but
Series 10.6 Spoiler: show
please forgive me -- I hated it.

Harry returning to work was almost as sad as Ruth's death. I couldn't see it as 'carrying on.' He has nothing else.....
