Nope.

It's Oliver Mace talking to Jason Belling in 3.1.

P1: The sloppy disregard of call signs in radio communications will stop.

That's Harry talking to all in the conference room after Malcolm has complained and written a report. Don't recall the ep. but somewhere in S2?

No, it's 3.8, Harry addressing the team at large in the conference room. Fiona then comes in and chops the balls off the conversation by dragging Adam out, at which point Harry says yes to Malcolm's proposal and it is slid across the table. I love that scene.

Speaking of balls:

A personal fave of mine: "C'mon [insert name here], WHERE ARE YOUR BALLS? Where are ALL your BALLS?"

Meynell to [Asa], series 7, ep 5, talking about doubling their investment against the bank they're trying to bring down.

"Oh my God, run for cover you faint-hearted liberals!"

Adam talking to Harry about the appointment of Juliet as National Security Coordinator or whatever it's called. Series 4 episode 2

P1: It’s the first time they’ve ever come up, there’s never even been any mention of them in any chatter or comms we’ve picked up.

P2: Maybe it’s a typo. Maybe they meant Thunderbirds. Maybe one of the Tracy boys has gone bad.

DANNY - Placements all over the shop. Back up vehicles, chopper support if we need it. Bomb disposal with a signal jammer for Mary’s trademark remote control blasts. And Tom here’s doing the catering. Mate. You are so covered.

Series 3 episode 7 P1 Ruth P2 Danny Talking about 'thunderclap'. I remember that made me laugh.

P1: If you go off-piste be sure you’ve got enough detail to back it up.

ros
Death by mascara. It was horrible to watch. Ruth's agonizing over the fact that there are no more horses in modern-day warfare and Adam's on a course learning how to lift his knuckles off the ground. So, you'll have to make do with me, I'm afraid.

This is 1.2, Tom talking to Helen (sob!).

"You can question our methods, we do that all the time, but don't question our motives".

Adam in 3.6, talking to the police officer's widow during Zoe's trial.

"Toys for the boys, isn't that the phrase?"
