I was planning to go to the UK next year. I'm tempted to bring plans forward to November of this year so I can catch Spooks season 9 Smile

[perhaps I should file that under the category.. you know you're a spooks fan when...]

Guess I'm going to have to buy a multi-region DVD player for S8 - any suggestions? I haven't seen S7 extras yet!! Was really miffed that they were not in the Oz version of the 1-7 box set. Ripped off!

Me too, mate. Lots of RA extras apparently!

It does suck that we get our DVDs early but with no extras.

Yeah, almh was good enough to post 4.10 audio commentary on youtube and that was one of the ones I really wanted. But I know if I buy a multi-region I'll want to buy not just extra Spooks DVDs but also all the other shows that came to Australia without extras.

Too tempting.

In any case, I'm going to check in with Aunty in about a month and see whether they've bought it then. I'm also watching the online communities - we'll see what happens.

My family recently got 1-8 off a Chinese website. We'eve sent it back and the BBC have been alerted. I think I'll just buy it here.

We should hear by the end of the month I reckon about an Australian air date. And DVDs follow soon after or even before, if the last two years are anything to go by.

I will get mine from the UK as usual
