I might go and vote for PF because his acting was superb in series 9 ( as was NW and RA).

is it the voters votes that decide the winner or is there some special jury that decides it?

This is the long list for voting, when that closes, the organisers then produce a short-list and then everyone can vote again. I don't think there is a 'jury', it is down to votes from the public.

I voted, but not for the soaps. Got side-tracked through the middle of it thou as I wanted to check out what HN was getting voted for. Watched all three episodes of Boutique of Barbed Wire on youtube - really very good. Must have been a cracking novel.
