I find it interesting that he is listed prior Alice Krige and Jonathan Hyde who were the big casting announcements earlier this year? He is the first non-regular to be listed, after Peter Firth and Lara Pulver. It seems significant somehow.

That said, this guy has quite the CV! He has one of those faces that I feel like I have seen all over the place.

IMDb lists the actor William Hope as a character named "Jim Coaver" from 10.1 through 10.5.

Maybe they reckon as a Canadian he has a better shot at doing a plausible American accent...

The thought did occur to me. If that is the case, I appreciate the effort but I am not the target audience. Although he is from Montreal so he might speak French as well.

Just been looking on IMDB and Andrew Woodhead isn't credited anywhere for series 10. Has he left the show, be a real shame if he has.

maybe they haven't updated IMDB with all the cast for s10...Nicola Walker is not on the list either...

Well, IMDb can be a bit unreliable so I take it with a bit of a grain of salt.

That said, this has been a little bit of a confusion for me as well since S9. The last time he was listed as Executive Producer was for S8. Although he was not listed as EP for S9, he does still seem to have his fingers in the Spooks pie because he was on the DVD extras. So, hopefully, he will remain an influence for S10 as well. He is still with KUDOs though and has taken the Executive Producer helm for Law & Order UK.
